Delete your Mixory account

You can delete your account in the app right away. If you cannot get into the app, ask by e-mail and we will delete it for you.

In the app

  1. 1Open My profile.
  2. 2Go to Account settings.
  3. 3Tap Delete my account, then Delete permanently.

Deletion starts at once. To keep a copy of your data first, tap Download my data on the same screen.

By e-mail

Write from the e-mail address on your account, with “Delete my account” as the subject. We delete the account within 7 days and let you know.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: username, profile photo, about text and e-mail
  • Your Community posts and their photos
  • Likes, follows and saved posts
  • Saved recipes, My Bar and drinks you made
  • Notification settings and push token

What stays for a while

  • Server backups, removed within 30 days.
  • Records the law requires us to keep, only for as long as required.
